4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Nigeria. Delivery timelines and fees are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
